MARYVILLE, Mo. - Charges have been filed in connection with a Jan. 14 fire at the Nodaway County Jail. The Nodaway County Prosecutor has charged 29-year-old Ethan Bentley, of Rulo, Neb., with first degree arson.
The Nodaway County Sheriff's Office says Bentley was in the Nodaway County Jail, facing charges in connection with a police pursuit in Maryville on Jan. 6.
He was charged in that crime with two counts of first degree assault, domestic assault, property damage and resisting a lawful stop.
